Kylie has over 25 years’ experience in various accounting and administration roles. She has a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accountancy and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining RILEY, Kylie gained experience in both the banking and insurance industries and worked for large multi-nationals as a corporate accountant. Kylie joined RILEY on a part-time basis in 2004 as Company Accountant, which fitted in with family commitments. The role has developed as the company has grown, and Kylie has enjoyed being part of this growth and change. In her current role as Finance and Support Services Manager she is responsible for leading the support services team and overseeing the functional areas of finance, administration, health and safety, quality, IT, office facilities, and human resources.

Outside of work Kylie enjoys spending time with family and friends and is kept busy trying to keep up with her three active teenage boys. As a family they enjoy the beach, boating, skiing and travelling.
