RILEY provides a range of specialist services including geotechnical, civil, and water resources.  Areas of work include: hydropower, dam safety, irrigation, land development and geotechnical engineering.

VACANCY:  Intermediate Geotechnical/Civil Engineer

We are seeking intermediate civil engineers with one to two years New Zealand consulting experience in Geotechnical and/or Civil Engineering. The positions involve a wide variety of civil engineering work including hydro power, irrigation and geotechnical.  We are currently undertaking a large number of geotechnical investigations relating to the Christchurch earthquakes on behalf of Environment Canterbury, the EQC, and private insurers, plus residential and commercial clients looking at repairs or rebuilds.

The positions will involve a considerable variety of project types and roles within projects, covering all stages from feasibility, consenting, and detailed design to construction.
