| RILEY was commissioned by North Shore City Council to undertake an assessment of stormwater treatment options for five predominately commercial areas within the Albany catchment, each draining towards the new Albany lakes. The existing sites were developed with large impervious areas (greater than 90% impervious) prior to the requirement that new developments should make provision for stormwater treatment. Reporting included a site by site study of possible stormwater treatment devices; the selection and cost of each device; plus recommendations. The report has been used by Council to assist in the development of Albany’s retail and commercial areas. |
