Provided practical cost-effective solutions to enable future development. Currently undertaking detailed civil design and consenting. |

Geotechnical site investigation and civil engineering assessment for rural land to be re-zoned as commercial. Reporting outlined geotechnical constraints and preliminary stormwater assessment to establish the effects of development and identify potential development constraints. Advised on methods to manange stormwater runoff to mitigate effects on the downstream environment. |
| Waimauku Structure Plan | |

Geotechnical report and zoning map for Rodney District Council as part of a structure plan assessment for the Waimauku township and surrounding area. The study was intended as an initial assessment of land stability over a large area. Through broad zones the map identified geotechnical constraints for the subject area inlcuding hazards and possible measures to improve or ensure stability. Provided opinion regarding the extent of landform modifications required for urban or rural-residential development. |
| Long Bay Structure Plan | |

Assisting North Shore City Council to develop draft and proposed structure plans for a green field area of approximately 430ha. To date this has inlcuded assessing geotechnical constraints, subsoil investigations, preparation of a detailed Development Zonation Plan and discussing the Draft Structure Plan at community liaison open days. Inputs have also included a review of land owner proposals and presentation of evidence at Resource Consent and Environment court hearings. |
