Sturges Road, Henderson

57 lot subdivision with significant stormwater discharge constraints and 15,000 cubic metres of earthworks.  Design of erosion and sediment control; earthworks; roading; and services.  RILEY undertook the geotechnical investigation; civil design; tender contract; completion documentation; and observations during construction.  Stages 1 and 2 completed in 2006 and 2007 respectively.

24 lot rural residential subdivision.  Work included a geotechnical investigation; civil design; resource consent applications; and ARC approvals for silt control and stormwater disposal.  Consents were obtained and engineering plans approved.  A construction contract was managed and completed with 224(c) issued in April 2008.

Exclusive 15 lot residential subdivision located over steep native bush-clad slopes, bisected by a stream with a history of flooding.  Work included geotechnical investigation in support of subdivision approval; design of accessway, and subdivisional services including bridge crossings and preparation of construction drawings; resource consenting for sediment control, stormwater discharge and works within a watercourse; and contract documentation, tendering, and supervision during construction.

RILEY undertook earthworks design, geotechnical investigation and layout for more than 2000 lots, for the Long Bay structure plan on behalf of North Shore City Council.  Inputs included attendance and presentation of evidence at hearings and the Environment Court.
