Russell has more than 25 years’ civil engineering experience in New Zealand and overseas. During this time he has managed civil engineering projects for commercial, industrial, residential and public sector clients.

He specialises in a variety of civil engineering services including stormwater management, flexible/rigid pavement, utilities and geometric design for a range of land development projects.

Russell’s strong technical background includes a thorough knowledge of New Zealand Standards such as 3910 Conditions of contract, the Building Code and council technical publications and guidance documents.

OUTSIDE WORK: Russell enjoys tramping, sailing and downhill skiing with his family.
