Working with and managing teams of engineers and geologists in our Takapuna office, this role involves responsibility for providing high quality geotechnical investigation, analysis, design, and reporting for a broad range of projects.

This role, situated in our Christchurch office, involves working for a range of clients on the development of new or existing dams, canals, and associated structures.  Dam safety inspections and review will also form a key aspect of work you will perform.

You will be responsible for leading a range of projects, some of which will involve design, consenting, construction supervision, and delivery stages.  Building and developing relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other engineers and geologists will form an integral part of the role.  There will also be an opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop staff.

We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our friendly engineering consultancy based at our head office in Takapuna.  

This new role has been created in response to our consultancy’s continued growth – we are ideally looking for a February start. As with any new position it is difficult to precisely gauge the workload, however, we estimate between 30 to 40 hours per week will be required.  We anticipate there will be flexibility on both sides until the role becomes established.  As we have an office in the South Island, occasional travel to Christchurch will be required.
