We are committed to upholding our privacy principles and protecting the information you provide to us. It is important to us that you understand how we will treat your personal details and that you are aware of your rights.
Purpose and use - Any personal information gathered as a result of you applying for a position, expressing interest in an opportunity at Riley, or registering your interest in an event, is solely used for the purpose of being able to assess your suitability for employment at Riley, to confirm contact information to use in relation to potential employment opportunities or to contact you about relevant events.
Retention of information - If you are successful in becoming part of the Riley team, the relevant information will be held securely in your Personnel File and treated as confidential. In the event that you are not successful, the information will be deleted/disposed of securely, unless you have consented for it to be held for a period of 12 months (see below) for future potential employment opportunities. Data from event registrations will be retained for six months after the event to gather feedback and/or use your details for future events.
Access - You have a right to access the personal information you have shared with us, including data from job applications and event registrations, and to seek any correction you think is necessary to ensure accuracy.
Security and Storage - Your application form will be stored in a secure place on our computer network with limited access. It will only be viewed by our Human Resources team and those staff involved in the recruitment process for the position you have applied for. Event registration data is stored securely and accessed only by our Marketing team.
