24-32 hours per week – and we’re flexible!

• Providing leadership, advice and support to ensure the safety of staff – and leading this programme of work.
• Partnering with the business at all levels, providing advice on WHS issues and best practice.
• Providing practical advice on the interpretation and application of Health and Safety legislation in the context of our operations.
• Championing the Riley WHS culture and creating engaging activities to bring it to life for our people.

 ABOUT YOU 

• Experience working in a Wellbeing, Health and Safety position (preferably in construction or engineering).
• Genuine passion for Wellbeing, Health and Safety – and a hunger to educate and inspire others.
• Engagement focus – understands the need for theory but values the importance of understanding.
• Sound working knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
